Tania Ayoub is a consultant at Beyond Group where she catalyzes initiatives for meaningful change across all three practices.

Tania has a wealth of experience as a consultant, researcher and trainer and works in the fields of economic development, social innovation, and policy development. She has worked with governments that are seeking to formalize the social entrepreneurship sector by developing qualification and policy frameworks that incentivize the adoption of socially responsible and impact-driven business models in budding and existing enterprises alike.

Tania has also worked to promote social stability and community resilience in order to counter the socio-economic drivers of radicalization among vulnerable communities hosting refugees. This entails designing and facilitating large-scale community engagement processes to involve stakeholders in identifying and designing solutions that address socio-economic challenges and advance social entrepreneurship as means to further economic development among disadvantaged communities.

In addition, Tania has in-depth experience in the field of innovation and technology where she supports organizations on their innovation journeys, consults on technology solutions and facilitates organizational transformations as they embrace novel internal tools and systems for greater impact and meaningful change.

Tania holds a Bachelor's in Computer and Communication Engineering from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.
