Rym Kalo is a Senior Consultant at Beyond Group, specializing in public sector strategy and stakeholder engagement. She has contributed to developing the strategy and operating model for public safety within the Royal Commission for AlUla, ensuring alignment with both national goals and operational feasibility. Rym’s expertise also includes facilitating dialogue for Communities of Practice in health and climate sectors, fostering collaborative networks across the GCC, Africa, and MENA regions to enhance regional resilience.

She has a proven track record in conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, enabling her to produce actionable insights that guide decision-making. Her background in nutrition and knowledge of health and community development further enrich her capacity to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Rym holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a minor in Psychology, from the Lebanese American University. She has supplemented her expertise with certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation and Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Corporate Strategy.
