Being a Learning Consultant
At Beyond Group, being a learning consultant offers a first-hand experience working together with a multidisciplinary team on projects that seek to create impact across a variety of sectors. Learning by doing, taking initiative, and carrying responsibility toward the team and project-goals is not only part of the internship program, but part of organizational culture as well.
Who can apply
Individuals anywhere around the world who are completing their undergraduate or graduate studies in fields relevant to the programs listed below, are welcome to apply. Applicants who are looking for new learning experiences that could help them explore a shift in career are also considered.
LEARNING CONSULTANT programs
Learning consultants may apply to one or several of the five programs defined by the units that together create the SOLID model and organizational structure of Beyond Group:
SERVICES runs all the organization’s internal systems and external transactions and financial functions that ensure Beyond Group operates efficiently.
OUTREACH manages the organizational brand, messaging, online platforms as well as communication components of projects handled by the Impact unit.
LEARNING is the guardian of organizational culture as well as all team members’ wellbeing, learning, and development.
IMPACT is the unit deploying team efforts around the world to achieve the impact we seek to create through our three practices: Policy & Pubic Management, Organizational Learning and Development, Innovation & Technology
DESIGN nurtures the organizational network of partnerships and pursues opportunities around the world to further expand our impact, learning, and exchange of knowledge.
