With a mission to bring the heart and soul back to work-culture, Beyond Group finds its backbone in the community and partnerships it has built over the years. As people of multi-disciplinary and diverse backgrounds, we come together through three practices and a continuously growing circle of partner organizations. Since its inception, the Group was founded on a culture of diversity, inclusion, empowerment, as well as the spirit of partnership. With a flat hierarchy model, all team members are invested and involved in the organization’s various activities and have the ability to own equity through the internal partnership program.
