With a mission to bring the heart and soul back to work-culture, Beyond Group finds its backbone in the community and partnerships it has built over the years. As people of multi-disciplinary and diverse backgrounds, we come together through three practices and a continuously growing circle of partner organizations. Since its inception, the Group was founded on a culture of diversity, inclusion, empowerment, as well as the spirit of partnership. With a flat hierarchy model, all team members are invested and involved in the organization’s various activities and have the ability to own equity through the internal partnership program. At Beyond Group, team members are long-term partners working together to achieve global impact from the local level outward.

The five units that create the backbone of the Beyond Group structure and nurture the organizational culture come together to create the SOLID Model. Team members alternate as they work across all units as either Enablers, Catalysts, Facilitators or Resources

SERVICES Enables the Group’s financial, administrative, and IT organizational systems to ensure that we remain agile and adaptable.

OUTREACH Enables the Group to encourage team and community engagement for meaningful change with reach via various communication initiatives and platforms.

LEARNING Enables the Group to seize opportunities that promote development, wellbeing, and knowledge sharing among team members and learning consultants alike.

IMPACT Enables the Group to achieve the change it aspires to through measurement frameworks, transformation management approaches and field support.

DESIGN Enables the Group through developing partnerships, designing solutions, and creating opportunities for change.
