Nour Hneineh is a partner and the Service Unit enabler at Beyond Group.

Nour enables the organization’s contractual relations, legal and financial operations, as well as the Group’s internal systems. With in-depth knowledge in the field of budget management and finance, Nour supports the strategic planning, risk management, and overall growth of the organization.

Nour facilitates the management of resources across large-scale initiatives through establishing strong partnerships and relationships with local and international partner organizations and clients. The network she has created contributes to the expansion of Beyond Group’s community and the breadth of the impact it seeks to create.

Nour ensures that the internal systems at Beyond Group are conducive to a collaborative working environment where team members work to the best of their ability to achieve meaningful change. Whether in a physical workspace, or as the team works remotely from locations across the world, Nour ensures that the team has everything it needs to maintain the Group’s organizational culture, efficiency, and motivation to create meaningful change.

Nour holds a Bachelor’s in Translation from Lebanon’s American University of Science and Technology.
