Marwa Abou Dayya is the Managing Partner of Beyond Group's MENA Hub, where she specializes in public sector strategy and human resources. As a co-founding partner, Marwa leads the firm’s Design Unit, overseeing international business development, strategic partnerships, and the creation of innovative solutions to address public sector challenges. Her leadership plays a critical role in aligning the firm’s services with governmental and public institution needs, ensuring impactful and sustainable outcomes.

Marwa’s work focuses on enabling public institutions to transform and modernize through capacity building and tailored program designs. She has been instrumental in leading high-profile projects, including the development of solution designs for the National Action Plan for Jordan's National Youth Strategy, the Regional Program Development for Diakonia, as well as capacity-building programs for multiple municipalities, international and local organizations across the MENA region. Her contributions to the development of Lebanon’s National Social Protection Framework, National Youth Action Plan, and the National Action Plan for the National Strategy for Older Persons in Lebanon, have further strengthened her reputation as a trusted advisor on public sector reform and social development.

At Beyond Group, Marwa drives international business development, collaborating with key stakeholders to expand the firm’s reach and impact. Her work within the Design Unit ensures strategic alignment across hubs and sectors to foster market growth and strengthen performance. By leveraging innovative approaches, Marwa helps governmental institutions and international agencies implement meaningful reforms that address social and economic challenges.

Before co-founding Beyond Group, Marwa served as a Grants and Project Development Specialist for USAID-funded programs in Lebanon, managing a portfolio of over USD 9 million in grants. Her work focused on partnering with civil society organizations and municipalities to advocate for policy reform, shape advocacy campaigns, and design alternative policy solutions. This experience laid the foundation for her expertise in public sector strategy and governance, which continues to drive her work at Beyond Group.

In addition to her consulting work, Marwa shared her knowledge as a part-time lecturer in Public Administration and Political Studies at the American University of Beirut (AUB) between 2012 and 2017. Her academic role complements her practical experience, allowing her to bridge theoretical insights with real-world applications in public policy and administration.
