Marwa Abou Dayya is a founding partner, consultant, and enabler of the Design and Business Development Unit at Beyond Group.
Marwa catalyzes initiatives for public management and policy research in sectors related to women and youth empowerment, social entrepreneurship and innovation, education, and local governance at both local and national levels. She has over a decade of experience in designing strategic plans and leading organizational development and change management processes for public institutions, local government bodies, and international organizations.
With more than 10 years of expertise in developing capacity building programs and learning modules for public institutions, international organizations, civil society entities and academic institutions, Marwa is recognized for her design and facilitation skills pertaining to experiential learning programs that support these institutions in achieving their aspired impact.
She has extensive experience working with donors and international organizations as an advocacy expert to build the capacities of civil society organizations and local communities to develop campaigns, networks, and stakeholder engagement activities advocating for meaningful change.
Marwa also supports private sector organizations through facilitating their transformation journeys as they improve their internal mechanisms and processes, develop long-term strategic plans, and build the necessary capacities to manage organizational change.
In addition to her role as a consultant within Beyond Group, Marwa enables the Design and Business Development Unit, where she facilitates collaborations among team members and partner organizations to develop innovative and change-driven solutions and methodologies that serve to provide meaningful change.
Marwa holds a Bachelor's and Master’s in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut (AUB), where she is also a part-time lecturer in Public Administration and Public Policy.
