Sandy Fahed is a consultant at Beyond Group where she catalyzes initiatives for meaningful change across all three practices.

Sandy has substantive cross-sectoral experience in innovation and strategic management, capacity and entrepreneurship development, and community and partnership building both in the MENA region and further afield. She has contributed to the development of international and non-profit organizational learning programs as well as social innovation and youth-led community initiatives.

Sandy is an advisory board member for CodeBrave Lebanon, a social enterprise that trains vulnerable children in coding and robotics as essential in-demand skills for jobs of the future. She is also an advisor to Inspiration Gardens, a safe, green, and creative learning space for students, teachers, and parents to enable their personal transformation. She has also been an active member of the Lebanese State Alumni Community’s national board which empowers its alumni network to deliver innovative solutions to the most pressing challenges faced by their community.

Sandy holds a bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resource Management from Haigazian University, and a Master's of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Sussex, a degree she obtained while studying in the UK as a Chevening Scholar.
