Felix Richter is founder and partner of BG’s daughter company Kompetus (Germany) and leads initiatives in organizational transformation and sustainability. Known for his strategic approach, Felix has extensive experience supporting public institutions, civil society organizations, and private sector entities to implement sustainable change across complex international projects. With his focus on capacity building and organizational development, Felix has strengthened numerous institutions across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

At Beyond Group, Felix designs and oversees projects that drive systemic transformation and sustainability within client organizations. His expertise includes facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, orchestrating cross-sectoral partnerships, and implementing sustainable management practices. With a deep understanding of capacity building framework, Felix equips organizations with the tools needed for effective change management and long-term resilience.

In addition to his role at Beyond Group, Felix has worked as Trauma Therapist in his Berlin practice. In this role, Felix accompanies healing and embodied growth processes of his clients.

Felix holds a German Diplom in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin. His certifications as a Capacity WORKS trainer and change management facilitator complement his hands-on expertise, making him a trusted advisor in sustainability and transformative governance.
