Nabil Hassan is the Managing Partner of Beyond Group's GCC Hub, where he focuses on public sector strategy and organizational development. With over a decade of experience working with governments, public institutions, and international organizations, Nabil has been at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and multi-stakeholder programs aimed at fostering meaningful change across the GCC region.
Nabil’s expertise lies in strategy implementation and performance management, particularly within the public sector. He has led pivotal projects in the GCC, including the operationalization of strategy management offices and performance management units for key ministries in Saudi Arabia. His leadership in these initiatives has helped governmental institutions achieve greater strategic alignment, improved governance, and enhanced organizational effectiveness.
At Beyond Group, Nabil has been instrumental in expanding the firm's reach in the GCC market, building strong relationships with government authorities and ministries across the region. His work spans across social protection, governance, and third-sector strategies, where he has supported more than 15 countries in implementing impactful reforms. Nabil has also led the stakeholder engagement component of the National Spatial Strategy, coordinating input from over 42 public and private entities to shape a comprehensive national vision.
Prior to joining Beyond Group, Nabil’s career focused on international development, advocacy, and community engagement. His experience in supporting civil society and municipalities in Lebanon and the MENA region has equipped him with a deep understanding of governance and policy-making processes. This background continues to inform his work in public sector strategy, where he is recognized for his ability to drive policy innovation and foster collaborative approaches to problem-solving.
In addition to his consulting work, Nabil serves as an elected member of the municipal council of Batloun, where he applies his expertise in development and governance to local public service. He is also the first honorary member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society, an accolade granted for his contributions to public health through policy reform and community development.
Nabil holds a Master’s in Public Health from the American University of Beirut (AUB), where his focus on governance and social policy has helped shape his approach to public sector leadership.
