Nabil Hassan is a founding partner, consultant, and the impact and change enabler at Beyond Group.

As a consultant and advisor in the development field for over 10 years, Nabil has long worked with governments, public institutions, international organizations, and donors to catalyze multi-stakeholder initiatives for meaningful change at the local and national level. He is also recognized for his experience in designing and delivering experiential learning programs as well as mentoring and coaching sessions in the public, private and non-profit sectors across the MENA region.

Nabil specializes in governance and public reform, organizational development and strategic planning. He catalyzes initiatives for policy reform, innovation and implementation, through inclusive stakeholder engagement approaches that allow for collaborative decision-making, alignment, and greater impact. His experience includes stakeholder engagement within policy and strategy development across a multitude of sectors including, social protection, civil society development, governance, and public health.

Through his work with a wide variety of institutions in the private, public and non-profit sectors across the MENA region, Nabil catalyzes initiatives for civil society and vulnerable community empowerment through engagement in dialogue, advocacy, and capacity building activities. His extensive knowledge of civil society and local governance structures has rendered him an influential player in several advocacy initiatives across the MENA region. He is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society In Public Health, serves as an elected member of the municipal council of Batloun (Lebanon), and acts as an advisory board member to several development initiatives in the MENA region.

In addition to his role as a consultant within Beyond Group, Nabil is the Impact Unit enabler and ensures that all ongoing initiatives remain impact-driven and centered on creating meaningful change across all three Beyond Group practices. Through the change measurement framework and transformation management process, Nabil ensures all initiatives are aligned with the Group’s purpose, values and promise.

Nabil holds a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from the Beirut Arab University, a Master's in Public Health, Health Promotion and Community Health from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and has completed a Consulting Process course at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
