Soraya Boulos catalyzes the Design Unit at Beyond Group.

Through proposal design and development and by initiating and forging new partnerships, Soraya enables the expansion of Beyond Group’s networks in order to create meaningful collaborations for change. Soraya facilitates collaborations among members of The Circle in order to foster innovative solution design that capitalizes on the expertise and experience found in Beyond Group’s network.

Her experience in campaign and strategy development, community outreach and grants management brings a multidisciplinary and participatory approach to the process of solution design while engaging partners and clients alike in every stage of the design process.

Soraya also contributes to policy research across various sectors including women’s political participation, economic development, and civil society development.

Soraya holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a minor in International Law.
