Sara Younes is a Senior Innovation Coordinator at Beyond Group, specializing in Technology and Digital Transformation. She focuses on driving organizational change by integrating innovative technologies and optimizing business processes. Sara collaborates with internal teams and strategic partners to develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and support long-term organizational growth.

At Beyond Group, Sara plays a pivotal role in leading the SEEN Platform, an EU-funded initiative under the SEE Change project. As the Product and Business Lead, she oversees the platform’s development and strategic direction, ensuring it empowers the social entrepreneurship ecosystem by providing essential tools and resources. Her leadership has been instrumental in connecting key stakeholders, influencing public policy, and fostering a supportive environment for social entrepreneurship.

Sara’s expertise also extends to AI ethics and technology governance, where she has contributed to the IEEE P7000 Working Group at the IEEE Standards Association. This experience, combined with her strong passion for business innovation, technology, and social impact, enables her to create solutions that drive meaningful change for organizations and communities alike.

Sara holds dual Master’s degrees in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences, and a BBA in Management Sciences from Northwestern Polytechnical University in China.
