At Beyond Group, Djina oversees the design and implementation of HR frameworks, including inclusive employee assessments, training programs, and equitable career development paths. She has spearheaded initiatives to streamline HR processes, from creating competency-based performance appraisals to implementing compensation structures tailored to the organization’s needs and rooted in fairness. Djina’s expertise in experiential learning has been instrumental in developing leadership and management skills across the organization, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and inclusivity.
In addition to her role at Beyond Group, Djina is a partner at Effiqual, where she advises on HR strategy and organizational development. Her work spans the Middle East region, with a particular focus on creating systems that support sustainable and diverse talent growth in both public and private sectors.
Djina holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Quebec in Montreal and certifications in Master Training and Instructional Design from Langevin Learning Services.
