Natalia Menhall is a founding partner, consultant and the enabler of the Public Policy and Management practice at Beyond Group.

Natalia catalyzes development initiatives for public management, dialogue and stakeholder engagement, policy making, social entrepreneurship and innovation, women and youth empowerment, education, local governance, and community development at local and national levels around the world.

By leveraging her facilitation and dialogue skills, Natalia engages multiple stakeholders and partners in collaborative processes that aim to design methodologies for better policy making and impact. She has been at the core of policy making initiatives in the MENA region on issues surrounding constitutional development, civil society, social entrepreneurship and innovation, youth, women, and local governance. Natalia has expertise in socio-economic development, local governance and community empowerment, developing solutions for improved livelihoods for women, youth, and vulnerable communities. She has also led large-scale qualitative and quantitative assessments, research and mapping initiatives with numerous donors and international organizations pertaining to institutional development, youth, women, social cohesion, entrepreneurship and civil society issues.

In addition to her involvement in research and policy development, Natalia frequently catalyzes organizational development initiatives supporting public and not-for-profit institutions in building their capacities and improving their service delivery. She has in-depth expertise in designing and delivering capacity building and learning programs, mentoring and coaching sessions, and stakeholder engagement interventions for participants in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Natalia is a visiting lecturer at Beirut’s Universite Saint Joseph (USJ) where she teaches a course on Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Building. She published a chapter entitled “Social Incubation and the Value Proposition of Social Business Incubators” in the book Social Entrepreneurship in MENA published by Palgrave Macmillan in August 2015.

Natalia holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Saint-Joseph University, Beirut, and a Master's in Environmental Policy Planning from the American University of Beirut.
