Froso Hadjivasiliou is an Associate Principal at Beyond Group's GCC Hub, where she focuses on public sector strategy and sustainability. Froso has played a critical role in driving sustainability initiatives, leading multi-stakeholder projects that promote sustainable development and circular economy practices across the MENA region.

Froso has contributed to significant regional initiatives, including the development of strategic frameworks for sustainability reporting, energy management systems, and the green transition pillars in national recovery plans. Her work in designing sustainability strategies and reporting systems has had a lasting impact, ensuring that public and private sector entities align with global sustainability goals and comply with relevant legislations.

Her expertise spans the design and implementation of globally acclaimed sustainable frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. Froso has led efforts to enhance public sector governance through large transformation projects and policy innovation, ensuring that sustainability practices are embedded in both strategic and operational processes.

Before joining Beyond Group, Froso worked extensively in developing ISO-certified environmental and energy management systems for major organizations. This experience has shaped her approach to driving long-term sustainability in the public sector, particularly in the areas of environmental governance and strategic planning.

Froso holds a degree in Physical Geography and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering and Project Management from the University of Leeds. She also participated in a certified GRI training and is a certified adult trainer approved by the HRDA in Cyprus.
