Nadine Asmar is a Senior Partner at Beyond Group, where she focuses on entrepreneurship and executive mentoring. With extensive experience across the MENA region, Nadine specializes in fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems and guiding senior executives and entrepreneurs through transformative leadership journeys.

Nadine’s substantial background in executive mentoring and entrepreneurship has seen her design and lead numerous high-impact programs aimed at supporting startups, SMEs, and social enterprises. Her work has played a critical role in scaling innovative business models, developing sustainable strategies, and driving social impact across various sectors. Nadine’s unique ability to tailor mentoring approaches to the specific needs of entrepreneurs has made her a trusted advisor within the region’s startup and social enterprise ecosystems.

As a lead facilitator and mentor at the Mowgli Foundation, Nadine has supported the growth and development of early-stage entrepreneurs and executives, providing more than 100 international mentoring programs across diverse sectors. Her expertise in human resources management, capacity building, and executive coaching has empowered organizations to build resilient teams and foster a culture of growth and sustainability.

Throughout her career, Nadine has worked extensively with social enterprises, helping to develop robust impact frameworks and sustainable business models. She has led programs across Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, and Jordan, collaborating with regional and international stakeholders to enhance entrepreneurial support structures.

Nadine holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on marketing from the American University in Dubai, as well as certifications in partnership management and executive coaching. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex business environments and promote sustainable economic development through entrepreneurship.
