His expertise in developing leadership assessment centers and designing comprehensive talent appraisal programs has significantly contributed to the growth and success of numerous organizations, enabling them to boost engagement and foster inclusive work environments.

Before joining Beyond Group, Carl founded Coach-inc, where he delivered tailor-made coaching and talent development solutions to a global client base. Carl holds an eMBA from ESCP/ESA, an Executive Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, as well as a degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas.
