Lama Zaher enables the Innovation and Technology practice within Beyond Group.

Through her extensive experience in the field of innovation and technology, Lama supports private and public sector organizations worldwide with the design and facilitation of capacity development, innovation and digital transformation programs with a focus on economic development and growth across different sectors.

Her role involves the facilitation and integration of innovation and technology into development and aid programs across numerous sectors in order to increase their impact, reach and sustainability.

Lama’s work with private sector organizations has served to grow both the knowledge economy and technology sector across several countries in the MENA region. Her experience includes designing and setting up multiple entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship acceleration and incubation programs. She has designed, managed and facilitated over 100 workshops on ideation, design thinking, agile methodologies, and various technology trends as well as administering nationwide innovation competitions in universities and schools.

Lama catalyzes the design of private sector innovation labs with a focus on tech and corporate innovation within universities and the banking sector, connecting various startups from different fields such as fintech, healthtech, edtech and e-commerce, with an extensive network of experts, mentors, technology partners, financial institutions and support platforms in the United States, London, Paris, Dubai, and Lebanon.

Lama holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Open University with a Prince II Foundation and Practitioner Certification from APMG-International.
